The 1964 Hurst Floor Shifter Special was created by Smokey Yunick for the Indy 500. How strange is the Hurst Floor Shifter? It crashed on the last day of qualifying…never raced again…and made it into the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum. Source
